The core components of the unmanned intelligent weighing system are divided into two major parts: hardware equipment and software system. The two work together to achieve full-process automated weighing.
I. Core Hardware Equipment
• Intelligent floor scale: Core weighing equipment, supporting dynamic/static weighing, accurately collecting the total weight of vehicles and goods, equipped with anti-cheating sensors (such as anti-remote control and anti-prying devices).
• Vehicle identification equipment: including high-definition license plate recognition cameras and RFID card readers, it automatically identifies license plates and vehicle information, and realizes the binding of vehicles with weighing data.
• Positioning and detection sensors: Infrared beam sensors, ground induction coils, to prevent weighing errors caused by vehicles not being fully loaded onto the scale or deviating from the scale, ensuring the standardization of weighing.
• Automatic control equipment: barrier gates, traffic lights, voice announsers, which automatically release or intercept vehicles based on the weighing status, and simultaneously provide voice prompts for the operation process.
• Auxiliary hardware: High-definition surveillance camera (full video recording for evidence), display screen (showing weighing data and operation instructions), printer (optional, printing weighing documents).
