Core technology and structural design

1. High-precision sensing core
 
The shear beam/cantilever beam type resistance strain sensor is adopted, with an accuracy grade up to OIML C3, a linear error as low as 0.02% FS, and a long-term stability better than 0.03% FS/year.
Built-in temperature compensation (-30℃ to +80℃), overload protection (150% to 200% FS), and anti-electromagnetic interference (EMI/RFI) circuits ensure reliable data under harsh working conditions.
 
2. Dynamic and static adaptive structure

Dynamic load adaptation: Self-resetting spherical/shaking column head, 360° horizontal limit and double horizontal pull rods, suppress dynamic shaking and quickly return to position, suitable for stirring, impact and continuous conveying scenarios.
Static load optimization: Rigid upper and lower installation plates + anti-overturning bolts, distributing static loads, automatic compensation for installation errors, suitable for long-term static storage tanks and silos. 

3.Safety and protection system
 
Mechanical protection: Overload protection, anti-overturning design, and horizontal displacement limit to prevent damage to the module and sensor due to abnormal force.
